WORST SPA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!! They don't deserve your business!!
On a side note.. Just because F8 is in the same building and they have a partnership going.. They are NOT the same at all.
I love going to this spa. The staff are very friendly, and treat you like family.
I love relaxing at Atruim Spa, Get my pedicures, love Marg Dickson for my massage and the Bath Salts are just incredible. Sandy at reception is fabulous and Val is super friendly.
I went to Atrium spa for a 75 minute skin revitalizer facial. Apparently the treatment time includes signing in and undressing/redressing as I was there 75 minutes counting from walking in the door to paying the bill on way out!? Then there was a 20 minute mask during which the aesthetician left the room?! No hand or foot massage. Bottom line: too expensive for a mediocre treatment.
To follow up: the owner of the spa called me to hound me about my 1 star review and asked why I would ever give her such a low review. I explained and she did not accept the answer. I said why I didn't want to be called about my review that I thought it was rude of her to contact me personally and question why I would write that .. She said That she was just "looking out for her business".

Super friendly staff and a quick waxing service. Nice newly renovated space. Will return for sure!
F8 is an AMAZING spa that very much so deserves the business!!! They are on a COMPLETELY different level than atrium and it is a shame to see them associated with one another.
Went in to get eye brows waxed... Girl asked me if I wanted waxing or sugaring- I said wax. She said "oh good cause I didn't get my sugar ready". And then she proceeded to do my eyebrows and make me BLEED (after she gave me a speech about how THEIR wax is the best wax and the only wax that really works good and doesn't tug on skin) ... Then she couldn't find her tweezers to clean me up at the end so she tried doing it with wax and a thin applicator which didn't do anything. I then went to pay and they saw it was my birthday the following day so the girl went and got me some aseptic cream for my eyebrows "because it was my birthday tomorrow and she wanted the redness to go down"... Not because you know, she made them literally bloody and sore. They then asked me if I wanted a loyalty card- pay for 10 waxes, get 11th free. I said "no thank you", lady at front said "why not? don't you live in this town"?... Really!!? So much pressure! I then proceeded to make small talk while I was paying for my waxing and asked the woman at the desk when the staff for f8 hairstyling were in (apparently they don't come in Monday's) because I wanted the get their opinion on a hair style I wanted to try. She asked me what style so I responded with "much shorter than it is now... I'm thinking like collar bone length I really want to try it" (I have long wavy hair down to my belly button) the woman then says "oh my gosh dont!!! You would look horrible with short hair!! But you should definitely get a trim to get rid of those dead straggley ends".
I then got my reciept, walked out, went home where I had to RE DO my eyebrows because she didn't tweeze and they looked horrible still.....
